These terms apply to your use of the Ultimate Apps website. Individual apps, hosted services, purchases and studio engagements may have additional terms from their provider or a separate agreement.

Website content

We aim to keep product details, platform availability and prices current. Availability can change, and a product marked as in development is not offered for purchase. A displayed price or description is information only until confirmed by the checkout provider.

Purchases

Purchases are completed through the provider named on the relevant product page. The checkout provider displays the applicable price, licence, delivery and cancellation terms before purchase. Apple purchases are subject to Apple’s checkout process. NovellaForge Creator Studio purchases are subject to the terms presented by NovellaForge at checkout.

Studio work

A project enquiry is not an agreement to provide work. Any studio engagement, scope, fees, delivery arrangements and ownership terms will be set out separately and agreed before work begins.
